PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Each applicant to the FORGE Leadership Training Institute must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for participation in this program.

1)  Must be at least 18 years old at start of 1st semester.
2)  Must have received a high school diploma or GED.  Rare exceptions will be considered.
3)  Must have submitted a completed application and all accompanying forms by 8/20/06.
4)  Must have submitted the $30 non-refundable processing fee along with the application.
5)  Must have a plan for making the remaining payments.
6)  Must have completed an interview with the program directors.
7)  Must have signed a commitment to the Intern Code of Conduct included with the application packet.

Please note that the application deadline is August 20, 2006.  The application and all accompanying forms (including references) must be complete and submitted by this date.  A $30 non-refundable processing fee must accompany all submitted applications.

Following the submission of your forms, you will be scheduled for a personal interview with the program directors.
