Bob Johnson has been the Senior Pastor of GFCC since its planting in 1981. Over the past 25 years,
he and his wife Cindy have shown their dedication to planting and strengthening churches, equipping
leaders and loving the body of Christ. Bob’s grace as a builder, strength as a leader, and his tenacity
for relationship have resulted in several healthy churches and missionary works that continue to
thrive today.
Kern & Bev Lee

Kern Lee and his wife Bev have been a part of the GFCC leadership team for 9 of the 19 years that
they’ve been in Great Falls. Kern has served on staff for four years as Administrative Pastor and
Five-Fold Teacher. Kern’s clear insight into the Word has long benefitted this local church and will
now be seen in an even greater dimension. As Academic Dean and primary instructor in the FORGE
classes, Kern is in a niche perfectly fit for his gifting. Interns will be blessed and challenged by his
knowledge of the Word as he equips them in a variety of subjects.
Lee & Udeen Barrows

Lee Barrows has been an Associate Pastor at GFCC for 20 years. He and his wife Udeen are a vital
part of the leadership team, overseeing pastoral care, the small group ministry and the assimilation
team; connecting newcomers to the family. Lee & Udeen minister with unique pastoral warmth and
wisdom. Their vast experience in pastoral care & counseling make them the perfect fit for this position,
in which they will interact personally with the Interns and oversee the team of mentors unleashed to
love and impart wisdom on a personal level.
Nate & Rachel Swanson
Directors of Practical Ministry

Nate & Rachel Swanson oversee Generation Ministries at GFCC, which include all ages 0-25. In the
7 years they have been a part of the leadership team, they have proven themselves to be proficient in
team building, systemized training, and a number of areas of practical, pastoral, and technical ministries;
skills that will serve them well as they oversee the Practical Ministry Training portions of the FORGE,
equipping the Interns to handle day-to-day aspects of local church ministry.
